So after that last zinger, he brought this while I was pushing him on the swing today.

Ade: "How long is tabby going to live?"

Me: "I don't know, maybe 15 years or more. Little dogs can live a while."

Ade: "Will she be really old, just like you?"

Young at heart.

Ade: "How long am I going to be alive?"

Dad: "Hopefully a long, long time. Long enough to see me become an old man."

Ade: "You already are old."

Ouch.
